We're rebuilding community management around people and technology.
NeighborLink is a technology-native community association management brand - a working brand of - created by operators who scaled and exited a multi-state management company. We pair big-platform systems with genuinely responsive, neighbor-level care.
Where did the sense of community go?
Our founder grew up in a neighborhood where the word “neighbor” still meant something - where kids ran between yards until the streetlights came on, where the people next door were the first ones you celebrated with and the first ones who showed up when something went wrong. Nobody needed an app to feel connected. They just were.
Somewhere between then and now, community got replaced with correspondence. The first contact most homeowners have with their association is a violation letter. These are people’s homes - the biggest thing they’ll ever own, the place their kids grow up - and an entire industry taught them to dread the envelope with the association’s name on it. Neighbors shouldn’t hate their neighborhood because of how it’s managed.
So we asked two questions. How do you get that feeling back - or at least build a new version of it - in today’s digital world? And how do you bring real hospitality into an industry that treats homes like case numbers, so the small stuff gets handled with care before it becomes the big stuff people write angry letters about?
NeighborLink is our answer: technology that removes the friction, people who bring the warmth, and a model honest enough that nobody has to wonder where the money goes. A fixed light gets celebrated on the community feed instead of buried in an inbox. A question gets answered at 9 PM instead of in three business days. A first-time board member gets taught instead of blamed. Communities, connected - it’s not a slogan. It’s the childhood we’re trying to give back to neighborhoods, one community at a time.
Communities that are connected, cared for, and financially healthy.
A world where every association gets modern, transparent management - and great service is funded by the value we create, not by extracting more from the people who live there.
Bring technology-native, hospitality-grade management to every community.
