You set your hourly rate (we’ll recommend market pricing), and it’s listed transparently in Link360. You keep the majority of every payout — and our platform share shrinks after your first year.

Get booked on demand

Boards book you the way the best work platforms do — walkthroughs, meetings, projects, whole portfolios. Great ratings earn more placements, bigger portfolios, even full-time offers with NeighborLink or partner companies. Linc balances your workload by demand, not by fees.

You try us. We try you.

No leap of faith, no resignation letter. Start with one meeting or one walkthrough — part-time, as-needed, nights or weekends, whenever fits your schedule. Love it? Grow your book. Don’t? Walk away owing nothing. Every engagement is a two-way audition.

Compensation built the opposite of the industry’s

Traditional CAM pays managers a slice of a commission and buries them under impossible portfolios. We think that model is broken - so we rebuilt it.

$

Market-rate base salary

Anchored to professional-services pay in your market - not a portfolio commission. You know your number, and it’s a real one.

Complexity-tiered portfolios

Portfolios are sized by adjusted points - a high-rise with a pool and a marina isn’t counted like a 40-home HOA. AI does the busywork; your load stays humane.

Retention bonuses

The bonus that matters most rewards keeping communities happy year over year - not signing them and moving on.

Credentials on us

CMCA, AMS, PCAM - NeighborLink funds exam and education costs, and pays credential bonuses when you earn them.

CPI adjustments

Annual cost-of-living adjustments are built in - your pay doesn’t quietly shrink while everything else gets more expensive.

AI that watches your workload

Linc senses burnout building - rising queues, slipping response times, meeting overload - and rebalances portfolios before you crack. Portfolios flex by community demand, not by fees.

The LinkReady Check

Remote work here is professional-grade: every manager meets a documented connection-quality standard (speed, latency, jitter), with an equipment stipend to get there. No other CAM company even measures it.

Remote-first & flexible

Work from anywhere. We built the platform so great managers don’t sit in traffic to do great work.

A real career path

Grow from manager to portfolio lead to leadership as you take on more communities - with the AI carrying the busywork.

Day One

Every placement starts with our manager kickoff program: governing documents read, priorities set with the board, response standards in writing. You arrive briefed, never blind.

The Bridge

Every community transition runs through our guided onboarding experience, so you inherit a portfolio with clean records, clear priorities and a board that already knows what to expect.
